1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the WRIO Ltd. ecosystem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and WRIO Ltd ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of our websites (including wr.io, bizcom.wr.io, sonar.wr.io) and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WRIO LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES IN QUESTION.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
